One of your clients scheduled an appointment but it turns out you're not available anymore at that moment. How do you cancel the appointment?

Cancelling / rescheduling an appointment can be done from within the calendar where the appointment is booked. This applies to both the host and the client.

We have a feature lined up to be able to do this from within Vectera, so that might be coming soon. We'll keep you updated :)
