3.1 Create a meeting room

Create meeting rooms for personal, team or group meetings with up to 10 participants. There are several ways to create a meeting room:

  • Manually create a meeting room in the dashboard or on the meeting rooms overview page

  • Let your customer book an online meeting via your booking page. A meeting room will be generated automatically

  • Generate meeting rooms via API

Vectera meeting rooms will save all the documents, chat history and relevant meeting data in your meeting room, so you can easily pick up the conversation where you left off.

4. Live meeting rooms overview

Team admins have an up-to-date overview of their team members’ meeting rooms. By default, this overview will be updated every 5 minutes. However, Enterprise clients can choose to update the overview every 15 seconds.
