Known issue

When sharing an Office 365-app (eg. Word or Excel) through Screen Share, any changes happening in the Office 365-app are not visible to other users when you're sharing the application itself. This is a known issue caused by Office 365, which we unfortunately can't solve at this moment.

Solution

Changes in the 365-app are visible when you share your whole screen. We advise to use a second monitor and share the second monitor's screen, while keeping Vectera opened on your first monitor. You can then easily share all Office 365-apps on the second screen.
