There are basically two ways to set up a meeting in Vectera:

  1. You can create a meeting room manually in your Vectera dashboard or meeting overview. After doing that, you can send the meeting room URL (eg. by email) to your guest(s) or invite them with a special access key.

  2. You can let your guests schedule an appointment with you. Once your guest has confirmed the appointment, a meeting room will be automatically generated. Follow the steps in this help article to set up your own booking page!
