Looking for smooth, automated payment of your Vectera invoices? With just a few steps, you can ensure the payment process runs automatically! In this help article, we’ll explain how to switch your subscription from monthly to annual billing (with a discount!) and how to update your payment method.
Switching to an Annual Subscription
- To update your subscription, click on "Settings" in the left-hand navigation menu and go to "Subscription". Then, click the "Edit your subscription" button.
- Here, you will see an overview of the four pricing plans. At the top, select "Annual Billing".
- To edit your subscription, click Upgrade/Downgrade, or contact team@vectera.com for a custom subscription.
- Once you select a plan and click "Upgrade", you will see your updated billing amount. Click "Proceed To Checkout", add or confirm your billing address, and click "Next".
- The final step to activate your new subscription is clicking "Pay €xx & Subscribe".
Adding Your Credit Card to Vectera
Adding your credit card is simple. Follow these steps:
- Click on "Settings" in the left-hand navigation menu and go to "Subscription".
- Click on "Billing details and invoices".
- Select "Payment Methods".
- Add your payment method here.
