If you try to connect your Office 365 calendar in Vectera but you can't manage to finish the connection, this means something is wrong in the setup.
For Office 365 and Outlook, the calendar of the account that is currently logged in (in your browser) will be automatically connected. If you don't want to use this account, you will have to log out of your Outlook or Office 365 account at login.microsoftonline.com first.
Important: If you try to link your Office 365 account but see the screen below, you will need an IT administrator to use this link to log in with their account and grant the necessary permissions.
Please forward that link to your IT administrator or partner so they can grant you access to link the calendar in Vectera (Teamleader). Then try to connect your calendar again.
