How to mute a participant?

As a meeting host, you can easily mute another participant by clicking on the green microphone in their video or name tile. For guests, it's not possible to mute other participants.

Camera active

Whether the guest's camera shows big in the center of the meeting room or minimised on the right bottom of the meeting room, you can just click on the green microphone to mute this guest.

Camera inactive

In the right bottom of the meeting room, you will see the name tile of the guest with a green microphone. Click on the green microphone the mute this guest.

Notification for the guest

If you've muted a guest, they will be notified that their microphone is inactive.




Note: it is possible to mute a guest when you're the meeting host. However, you can't reactivate the microphone. Only the guest can unmute his or her own microphone.
