At any point during or after your trial you can upgrade to a Pro, Business or customized Entreprise plan. Once you've started your subscription you can update your payment method, billing address or even your subscription and check your invoices on the subscription page.

Start a Vectera subscription


Starting a Vectera subscription only requires a few short steps:

  1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Subscription'. 
  2. Select the type of billing, the currency and subscription plan that suits you best. 
    1. Monthly or annual billing
    2. USD or Euro
    3. Pro, Business or Enterprise plan*  *If you would like a customized Enterprise plan, please contact team@vectera.com.

  3. Check if you've selected the right plan and click on Proceed to Checkout
  4. Fill in the Billing address details. Once you've selected the country you can also fill in your VAT number.
    Click on Next. 
  5. Select if you want to pay by Credit card or via Direct debit
    1. Credit card: fill in your credit card info and click on Next
    2. Direct Debit: Click on Pay with Gocardless. A pop-up will open where you can fill in the billing details and the Bank account number.
  6. Double check the info and click on Pay €xx & subscribe


Your subscription is activated!


Update your subscription settings

To update your subscription, payment info or billing address visit the Subscription page and click on Edit your subscription or Billing details and invoices. Check out this article to find out more.


View your invoices

You can also view your invoices on the subscription page under the Billing and invoices section -> Billing history. Check out this article to find out more.
