One of your clients scheduled a meeting but it turns out you're not available anymore at that moment. In this article you'll find out how to reschedule/cancel a meeting.
Cancel/reschedule the meeting in Vectera
The host of the meeting can cancel the meeting from the dashboard or the overview of the meetings.
The guest who booked the meeting can cancel or reschedule the meeting from the confirmation and reminder email. In the confirmation mail of the booked guest, they will see an option at the bottom of the mail to Cancel or reschedule the meeting.
When clicking the link they will see an overview with the option to cancel or reschedule.
If they click on Cancel meeting and confirm, the meeting will be canceled and you will receive a cancellation email.
If they click on Reschedule meeting, guests will be forwarded to the booking page of the meeting and they will be able to book a new meeting. The original meeting will be canceled automatically.

Cancel/reschedule the meeting in your calendar
Cancelling/rescheduling a meeting can also be done from within the calendar where the meeting is booked. This applies to both the host and the client.
Important! If you cancel/reschedule a meeting via the calendar, both you and the guest will receive a mail from the calendar provider, but this won't update the Vectera meeting!
